The staff was always friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms were spotless and provided a wonderful setting for relaxation. We loved the convenience of the nearby restaurants and the Strangers Club for great coffee.
My kids wished there was a playground for them to enjoy.

Efficient staff at all times, overall bright, airy rooms. It was favourable and brilliant to an external garden. Found right by restaurants as well as Sea Point. We did not want to leave and would come here again.

I enjoyed this place; recommend. Everything was excellent, except the weather; it was cold outside. The location next to Out of this World was peaceful. More than that, it was close enough to many, CT stadium and local shop and eateries. My staff were exceptional at all times, thanks.

Large bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, kitchenette, free wifi, location.
Wifi was a bit slow, but I think all reviews of all hotels in South Africa say that.

We had 1 night in Cape Town, spent our time here comfortably. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Nice beds...

Good location, quiet, internet access
Booked taxi did not show up - though not the fault of the guest house. South African electrical sockets - but I was able to borrow an adapter.

Primi Oxford House is a great, safe, stylish and clean place to stay right at the edge of the Waterfront. The location is perfect for everything - it is in very close proximity of shopping, night life restaurants and a good base for day trips around the Cape. Ross, the owner is great and made us feel at home. Security is guaranteed with cctv cameras and a night guard, also for the car. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. With wifi in the room and complimentary tea/coffee it was just what we needed.

Very nice Hotel. Very clean. Great location. The rooms are big and so light!
Quite difficult to communicate with the owner or with the reservation department. They just don’t reply on your e-mails. We send so many mails about our arrival and we were on time. The Hotel was closed and we should call to a cell phone that were indicated on the door and then the owner send a lady to open our room...I Send so many mails in order o avoid me to pay for the very expensive phone calls as I had an Italian cell phone. It is even not a guest house – it is Hotel, so I guess during the day there should be someone!
